PujaGuru Panditji Refund Policy

This policy outlines the cancellation rules for Panditji on the PujaGuru platform and their impact on your wallet balance.

IMPORTANT: PujaGuru does not provide refunds to Panditji. Cancellations may result in platform and cancellation fees deducted from your Pandit Wallet. A negative balance exceeding -₹1000.00 restricts booking acceptance until cleared.

1. General Rules

Earnings are credited to your Pandit Wallet only after successful Pooja completion and entering the completion PIN in the app. Platform fees and cancellation fees (if applicable) are deducted from your wallet based on booking status and cancellation timing. No cash refunds are provided to Panditji.

In rare cases where PujaGuru cancels a booking (e.g., due to technical issues):

4. Cash on Service Bookings

For cash-on-service bookings, platform fees are deducted from your Pandit Wallet upon accepting the booking. If your wallet balance is insufficient, the amount is recorded as a negative balance. If your negative balance exceeds -₹1000.00, you cannot accept new bookings until the balance is cleared via payment to PujaGuru support. You must collect the booking amount directly from the user.

5. Non-Cash on Service Bookings

For non-cash-on-service bookings, platform fees are deducted from your Pandit Wallet after you enter the completion PIN. Earnings (minus fees) are credited as PujaGuru Wallet Coins.

6. Wallet Balance Restrictions

If your Pandit Wallet balance falls below -₹1000.00 due to platform or cancellation fees, you must clear the negative balance through PujaGuru support before accepting new bookings.

7. How to Cancel a Booking

Cancellations must be initiated through the PujaGuru Panditji app with a valid reason.
